Stranger Things to Deadpool 3: List of movies and web series put on hold due to the SAG-AFTRA strike

[ad_1]

Several Hollywood productions and promotional tours have been halted after the members of the Screen Actors Guild – American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) went on strike to provide its members with fair negotiations with studios and streaming services. This also includes many finished scripts that were also on halt. The strike also prevents actors from participating in promotional campaigns for their films. Think how the U.S. premiere of Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer was also cancelled when the strike started on July 13 at midnight after negotiations between the dual bodies of SAG-AFTRA and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) fell apart.
