Asian Games 2023 Day 3 Live updates: On the third day of the ongoing Asian Games 2023, the Indian contingent is poised to enhance its medal count. The day’s activities commence with equestrian events, followed by a series of qualification rounds in shooting, culminating in the 10m mixed air rifle medal competition. Additionally, the Indian men’s hockey squad is set to take the field today, squaring off against Singapore. They enter this match with high spirits after a dominant 16-0 victory over Uzbekistan in their previous encounter.

The Indian men’s volleyball team is set to confront their long-standing rivals in the 5-6th playoff match, while the Indian squash team is primed to commence its Hangzhou 2023 journey by facing Pakistan in the group stage.

The Indian shooting contingent will also be under the spotlight, with additional opportunities for Asian Games medals in the 10m air rifle mixed team event. Fencer Bhavani Devi is also determined to vie for a medal in the women’s individual sabre competition.
