Over the last few issues I have looked at various ways of recruiting network marketers. Their level of success depends on several factors including; the company, the type of product/service, and your level of activity. Today I want to reveal to you one of the great secrets of successful network marketing
I have been involved in several different network marketing companies for over 30 years. I have been unsuccessful in some and successful in others. Over the years I have noticed something similar about many of the very successful marketers. This one ingredient can make a big difference to anyone who uses it correctly.
This aspect can be achieved very easily by some, but will take some work for others. I believe this one aspect can be used by anyone to achieve success in network marketing. Before I reveal this secret there are a couple of items that have to be covered.
For this to really help make anyone successful a few things should be in place. The first is to have a solid network marketing company with a quality product/service. If the company falters and you have to go to another company it may hinder your efforts with the new company.
The next very important thing is that you have to believe in the company and the product/service. Not having faith in what you are promoting will hinder you no matter what technique you use. If you aren’t sure about the company you are with then check them out. Be sure to do your due diligence now before you realize you have issues with what you are promoting.
And lastly, but most importantly, you must believe in yourself. Lack of confidence is the fastest road to lack of results. Believe that you can succeed and your odds of succeeding greatly increase.
The secret to successful network marketing that I am going to reveal to you may take some time to implement. That’s one of the reasons you want to have a solid company behind you, it may take weeks or even a few months before you begin to see tangible or monetary results from your efforts. But once in place it can propel you to high levels of success.
Here is the secret that I have promised to reveal to you. One very successful secret of success in recruiting network marketers is: Find a way to generate a loyal following.
Yes, it helps if you are already have a following, but this is simpler to do than you may think. The goal is to create a following of existing or potential network marketers. And then turn this following into successful networkers under you in your company.

How to Create Your Own

Finding
a person in your niche who is willing to do such an interview is simply
a matter of contacting several possibilities. In most niches,
many of the personalities are willing to do interviews.
You can increase your chances by contacting experts who have their own products. These people are eager to promote their own items. Just be sure to make the interview informative and not just an ad for their products.
You will need several tools to conduct the interview. As the title states, I am going to share with you software and services that you can use at no cost to create the interview.
The first thing you will need is to connect with the interviewee to do the interview. One way to do this at absolutely no cost to you is by using Skype. For those who don’t know, Skype is an internet based phone and with Skype you can call other Skype owners at no charge. So if the interviewee is a Skype member or is willing to sign up for their service you can call them for free.
The next thing you will need is a way to record the interview. You can record the call with PowerGramo, which is free if you record a Skype to Skype call.
An alternative to Skype would be to use the service TalkShoe. TalkShoe is a site where you can do phone conferences and again it is free. It will also record the call and allow you to download the file.
Once you have a recording of the call you will probably want to edit the call. For this task you can download and use Audacity.
Once you have conducted the interview you can sell a digital version and/or a transcript of the interview. Obviously, you will need to transcribe the interview if you want to sell it as an ebook. I am going to assume you don’t need free word processing program because you probably already have one like MS Office or MS Works, but you can also use Notepad or Wordpad.
To create the ebook you will need a PDF creator program. I have used PrimoPDF and PDFCreator, and both work just fine. They aren’t as powerful as Adobe, but they are free.
So now you have the tools to create your own unique product and you haven’t spent a dime.
If you want to easily create and deliver a physical CD of your interview I highly recommend:
Disc Mojo isn't free, but it is very inexpensive and a great way of producing a professional product. With eBay no longer allowing digital products to be sold, Disc Mojo would be a great tool for getting sales through eBay.
